ok, so i dont usually post depressing blogs...but here goes! I am so irritated with this house stuff! i mean, why do people take the time to set up an appointment to go look at someones house that is for sale, and then decide..nah...not for me. I mean, seriously, didnt they see the pics online?? or on the flyer? dorks! that is what they are! I think they start out their day wondering whose hopes they might give up today. lets go see this one honey and then decide..nah its too small, or its just too old. what do they WANT?? if they want a 750k house for 250k, they aint gettin it here!! i am so tired of wondering if this place will EVER sell. ok, now that i have vented, i think i feel slightly better. thanks for listening. :)

ah Kari!! I'm with ya girl! We actually had 10-minutes' notice for a showing yesterday. I was asleep in bed when they called. We had to clean up and clear out in 10 minutes. Then.........they drove up, saw the cemetery out back and didn't even go in the dang house! grrrrrr
And, then of course, someone today is very interested but naturally they have to sell their house first!
